Wine cellar dual service temperature zone ECS31. 2Z

The ECS31. 2Z service wine cellar is dual zone and therefore has 2 separate compartments, each with its own temperature control system. Very easy to use, the zones of the unit can be adjusted to different temperatures, between 5 and 20°C: the perfect concept for storing different wines in one and the same cellar.

As you probably know, red wine has to be kept at a higher temperature than a white wine, a rosé or a Champagne and that's where a two-zone winery like the ECS31. 2Z takes on all its importance. 2-in-1 this service wine cellar allows you to have at hand a wine, whatever it is, at the ideal temperature of service and tasting.

You can set the desired temperatures between 5 and 20°C* in each zone and store :

- Upper zone (white & rosé wines): 15 bottles

- Lower zone (red wines): 14 bottles

*Note: The temperature set in the upper compartment must always be colder than that in the lower compartment. IMPORTANT: to optimise the operation of the appliance, it is important to set the temperatures with a maximum difference of 10°C between the upper and lower compartments (8 and 18°C for example). This same rule should be applied when you use the remote temperature control via the Vinotag application.

This model of wine cellar allows the temperature setting of a maximum of 29 bottles* of wine.

The ECS31. 2Z is equipped with connectivity that allows you to control it remotely via the Vinotag app. With this application, you can:

• Adjust the temperature of each zone from your smartphone

• Manage the lighting of your cellar remotely

This service wine cellar allows the storage of a maximum of 29 bottles. The double zone range La Sommelière offers other models that are visually identical but with higher storage capacities:

• dual zone ECS51. 2Z for 49 cylinders;

• the reference ECS81. 2Z for 75 bottles.

*The advertised capacity is measured according to the European standard EN62552. This standard is calculated with traditional burgundy 75cl bottles. Any other type of bottle format as well as the addition of crates will significantly reduce the storage capacity. The maximum capacity is calculated with a defined number of tiles that varies depending on the model.
