In France only: Free delivery of wine cellar accessories

Any order for wine cellar accessories (shelves, charcoal filters, etc.) placed on our La Sommelière website will be delivered by the Chronopost service.

In France only: Free delivery of wine cellars

La Sommelière makes you enjoy the free delivery of your wine cellar. Your order is conveyed by a courier service (KUEHNE carrier). As such, your wine cellar will be delivered to you on the ground floor.

All deliveries are actually at "the door", that is to say that they are left at the bottom of your building or at the entrance of your home. You must take your disposition to receive your package and transport it in the room of your choice or higher floor by your own means. Remember to take measurements of your stairs and elevator doors.

Taking charge of your order by our carrier, the transport company contacts you by phone to set with you the delivery day that suits you best (note: delivery is from Monday to Friday, during the day).

Tips for wine cellar delivery

Upon receipt of your order we ask you to open the package in front of the carrier and to check the conformity of your goods before signing the delivery note. In case of reservation, note it on the reception of your parcel, thank you to be as precise as possible (breakage, anomaly, stripe, state of the packing).

The delivery note legally confirms your agreement on the condition of your goods and the acceptance of the condition thereof.

Attention: once the signed delivery note, the product belongs to you, neither La Sommeliere (Frio Entreprise), nor the carrier could be held responsible for any degradation suffered during transport if they were not mentioned on the voucher of delivery, hence the importance of writing down any reservations before writing the delivery note.
