LS38BLACK serving cellar with integrated vacuum pump
The LS38BLACK wine cellar is the result of a great innovation and reflects the clever marriage between the technological performance of a temperature control cellar and a reliable system for preserving wine once a bottle has been opened. The LS38BLACK, in addition to its great storage capacity of up to 38 bottles* of wine, has a great advantage: it is equipped with a PRESERVIN, i.e. an air vacuum pump pre-integrated in the cellar tank.
Also, thanks to the metal plate, you can store up to 3 bottles in a vertical position and let them benefit from this pump system to :
- reduce the volume of air present in the bottle after opening (no more oxygen which is detrimental to the conservation of the wine);
- delay the oxidation of the wine;
- preserve the freshness and the organoleptic and olfactory qualities of the wine.
Very easy to use, you just have to connect the stopper to the pump's hose and press the "vacuum" button on the control panel. The operation takes about 1 minute per bottle. The 3 caps are supplied.

The advantages of the LS38BLACK
Single zone, you can adjust the temperature between 5 and 20°C. Aesthetic, the cellar is delivered with 2 metal wire shelves and wooden front, as well as 2 half shelves.
It is thanks to these half shelves, inserted at the bottom of the cellar, that 3 bottles can stand upright, in front of them.

*The announced capacity is measured according to the European standard EN62552 and is calculated with 75cl bottles of traditional Bordeaux type. The maximum capacity is calculated with a defined number of shelves which varies according to the model.
