The box has been specially designed and manufactured for storing lava stones in a wine cellar. The lid is perforated, preserving all the absorption efficacy of the stones. The box accommodates lava stones and should be placed directly on the compressor step, at the bottom of the cellar.
As such, you do not need to spread the stones directly in your cellar.
